2. User Accounts and Registration

• Account Creation: You must register an account to use the Service. You can register via email or by using Google Auth. Upon registration, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your account with others.

3. Plans and Subscriptions

• Free and Paid Plans: Ask Sherlock offers a free plan and three paid plans. Paid plans offer additional features, including:
  • Access to more stories.
  • Customization of your AI.
  • Tracking how long it takes to solve a case.
  • Comparing your times with others.
• Billing: Paid plans are billed either monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you select. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.
• Refunds: Payments for subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the paid features until the end of the billing cycle.

4. Payments

Payments for paid plans are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store any payment information on our servers. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information for all paid services. In the event of a payment failure or cancellation, we reserve the right to terminate your access to the paid features.

5. User Responsibilities

• No Cheating: You agree not to cheat the system by using chat hacks, scripts, or other methods to trick the AI into giving you the full story or marking a story as solved without solving it legitimately.
• Proper Use of AI: The AI is designed to assist in solving cases. You agree not to use the AI for any other purposes.
• Personal Use Only: The Service is for personal use only. You are not permitted to use the Service for commercial purposes without prior consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and data on the platform, including the AI-generated material, is the property of Moonhythe Ltd. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, or modify any content from the Service without prior written consent.

7. Termination of Service

• User Termination: You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions provided on the Service. Upon account deletion, all of your personal data will be permanently deleted.
• Service Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you are violating these Terms, engaging in cheating, or misusing the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to maintain the availability and functionality of the Service, we cannot guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or that your data will never be lost. Moonhythe Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any loss of data or service interruptions.

9. Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes related to the Service will be governed by the laws of Bulgaria. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting us. If we are unable to resolve the dispute, it may be settled in a Bulgarian court of law.

10. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on the website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
